Payment Policy : Payments must be received at least 2 weeks prior to child attending the sessions.

Cancellation and refund policies:

Private sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the private session/class.

After school program must be cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the school year.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for material’s fee. If a child drops out of the program, a prorated refund will be provided.
